Director of Enterprise Infrastructure

Full-time, permanent position

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to serve as a technical leader for enterprise applications, integrations, system enhancements, and server infrastructure. The role supports critical campus enterprise systems and technology initiatives and requires collaboration with internal departments, vendors, and IT teams to maintain and improve systems including ERP, CRM, and related applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise application support and integrations
• Lead system and infrastructure support
• Analyze and implement system enhancements
• Manage technical projects and timelines
• Support application security and data integrity
• Research and implement new technologies
• Provide technical leadership and cross-training to staff

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Five years of progressive IT experience
• Experience with Oracle, MSSQL, and enterprise programming technologies
• Experience with server infrastructure and virtualization
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra, and Azure
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree

Some after-hours support and occasional travel may be required.
