Job Title: DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Europe (Fully Remote)
Contract: 6–12 Months

About the Role
We’re supporting a leading technology business on a large-scale data and platform initiative and are looking for an experienced DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer to join the project team. You’ll play a key role in building and automating infrastructure, monitoring usage and costs, and ensuring scalable and secure environments on Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for BigQuery datasets and views provisioning.

• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems for tenant usage, performance, and cost management.

• Design and implement audit logging and compliance tracking solutions.

• Automate migration workflows and infrastructure processes.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Terraform (or GCP Deployment Manager) for IaC.

• Hands-on deployment experience with GCP Cloud Functions and Cloud Run.

• Knowledge of Cloud Logging/Monitoring and creating custom metrics.

• Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build).

• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Shell, Python).
