The company: IT Consultancy
Role and Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Manage and support cloud-based environments (AWS preferred, but experience with Azure/GCP also valuable)
- Develop and maintain automated monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and architects to ensure smooth integration and delivery
- Support containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS/ECS)
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools and practices
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
- Good scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar
- Experience managing containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Sound understanding of Linux systems administration
- Working knowledge of Git and version control practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues collaboratively
