Role and Responsibilities
You'll join a high-impact team working on training capable policies for real-world robotic and embodied AI systems. You’ll tackle the full ML lifecycle, from data collection to deployment, building models that learn from diverse datasets, improve continuously, and generalise to new tasks.

Tech Stack & Tools

• Python, PyTorch or JAX

• Deep learning infrastructure: streaming datasets, checkpointing, distributed training

• Reinforcement Learning and behavior cloning frameworks

• Modern software engineering practices for maintainable and scalable research code

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years building deep learning systems (industry or research) with shipped models or published work.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, VLMs, or image/video generative models.

• Strong Python + PyTorch/JAX skills; ability to profile, debug numerics, and write maintainable research code.

• Familiarity with deep learning infrastructure, distributed training, and modern software engineering practices.
