Overview:
As a Data Product Manager/Solutions Architect, you will bridge business needs and technical execution, designing data solutions to support the client's platforms. This role stems from a team restructuring to enhance data-driven decision-making and is not a people-management position.
Responsibilities:
•  Translate business requirements into data solution designs, defining epics and stories for multi-quarter plans.
•  Design event-driven architectures, specifying new metrics and attributes for Kafka events.
•  Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure solutions align with technical capabilities.
•  Support high-level planning and project management under director guidance.
•  Work with BI tools (primarily Looker, some Power BI) to conceptualize reporting needs.
Qualifications:
•  4+ years in data product management, solutions architecture, or related technical roles.
•  Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and data warehousing (Snowflake preferred).
•  Familiarity with SQL, DBT, and BI tools (Looker experience is a plus).
•  Ability to create conceptual designs without deep coding responsibilities.
•  Experience with AWS and/or Azure environments; multi-cloud exposure is a plus.
