Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between business functions and the data team to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful data solutions.
  • Translate strategic business objectives into clear product requirements and development plans for the data team.
  • Manage and refine the data product roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritized based on business value and strategic alignment.
  • Establish clear data product standards covering documentation, ownership, accessibility, latency, and governance.
  • Implement scalable processes for data quality assurance, monitoring, and incident resolution.
  • Promote the effective use of data governance frameworks and tools such as catalogs, lineage tracking, and access controls to increase data trust and compliance.
  • Partner with engineering and analytics teams to design, launch, and optimize reliable and discoverable data assets.
  • Serve as a data product advocate across the organization by improving awareness, usability, and adoption of available data assets.
  • Contribute hands-on when necessary to accelerate delivery or troubleshoot complex data-related challenges.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data product management, data engineering, or analytics engineering roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and scaling data products that enable business insights and operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of modern data ecosystems, including data pipelines, warehousing, and cloud technologies, AWS is the preference
  • Experience with streaming tools such as Spark, Flink or Kafka
  • Experience working in the Igamnig industry
  • Knowledge of data governance principles, including compliance, access management, and metadata practices.
  • Proven ability to balance technical depth with strategic business understanding.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
