Job Title: Chief Operating Officer 
Salary: $280,000 - $320,000 + Equity
Location: Remote US

A GenAI startup is hiring a COO to lead all customer-facing functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Post-Sales operations. This company builds innovative SaaS tools powered by cutting-edge AI technologies and serves millions of users globally.

In this role, you’ll manage and scale a cross-functional team of 20 to 40 people, playing a key leadership role. You’ll work closely with the executive team to drive go-to-market strategy, optimize customer experience, and build operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B SaaS, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for building and scaling in dynamic environments.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role at a SaaS company

• Strong background leading Sales and customer-facing teams

• Track record of scaling GTM organizations in a high-growth environment

• Experience working in or with GenAI companies is a plus

• Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced startup settings

• Excellent operational, strategic, and people leadership skills

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
