Job Title: AI Product Management Leader
Salary: $200K-$250K + Equity
Location: Bay Area, CA 

An enterprise-focused startup is hiring an AI Product Management Leader to define and drive the strategy for its core platform. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll operate at the intersection of AI product vision, execution, and business impact, building and scaling intelligent systems.

You’ll own the product roadmap and execution for key AI-driven features, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams. This role requires both strategic and hands-on leadership, someone comfortable designing experiments, managing complex systems, and ensuring AI solutions translate into measurable business value.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles in AI, ML, or distributed system environments.

• Proven track record managing large-scale AI/ML platforms or recommendation/personalization systems.

• Strong familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, information retrieval, and ranking/recommendation techniques.

• Experience designing and launching agentic systems or autonomous decision-making workflows.

• Deep technical fluency across data infrastructure, experimentation, and cloud-based systems.

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to align cross-functional teams on high-level goals.

• Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
