Job Title: AI Full Stack Engineer
Salary: Up to $280k + Equity
Location: USA - Fully remote

Responsibilities:

• Build and improve AI-powered tools for video and multimedia content creation.
• Design and implement features that leverage large language models (LLMs) and conversational interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with a highly skilled engineering team on projects spanning frontend, backend, and machine learning integration.
• Develop rich, interactive user interfaces for creative AI applications.
• Contribute to performance optimization, reliability, and overall code quality across systems.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions to meet product deadlines.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on frontend or full stack development.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar).
• Experience designing and deploying production-ready systems, with knowledge of debugging and profiling tools.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and collaborate effectively with others.
• Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn from peers.
