I started my recruitment career at just 17, building a strong foundation in leadership and FinTech recruitment before moving into the Data and AI space over the past few years. Since then, I’ve worked across both contract and permanent recruitment, supporting clients with everything from short-term project needs to long-term strategic talent solutions.
While my main focus is within the finance sector, I’ve also partnered with organisations across a variety of industries, helping teams of all sizes scale their technical capabilities.
