What You’ll Do
- Lead development of two new Rails 8 + Hotwire applications from the ground up
- Build full-stack features spanning backend systems, frontend interfaces, and UX details
- Develop AI-powered chat and workflow automation tools for healthcare operations
- Own key technical decisions and contribute to product architecture
- Collaborate with a senior engineering team to ship polished, production-ready features
- Work autonomously in a fully remote, product-driven environment
- 7+ years of experience building production web applications
- Strong full-stack experience with Rails and Hotwire
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end from architecture through UI implementation
- Ability to bridge backend engineering, frontend development, and product design
- Experience working in autonomous, senior engineering teama
- Base salary up to $240,000
- 100% remote within the US
