The Role
They’re hiring a Staff Fullstack Engineer to join a senior team of 10 engineers and lead development on two greenfield Rails 8 + Hotwire applications focused on AI-powered chat and workflow automation.

This role is ideal for a product-minded engineer who enjoys working across the full stack and collaborating closely with product and design to deliver thoughtful, high-quality user experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead development of two new Rails 8 + Hotwire applications from the ground up
  • Build full-stack features spanning backend systems, frontend interfaces, and UX details
  • Develop AI-powered chat and workflow automation tools for healthcare operations
  • Own key technical decisions and contribute to product architecture
  • Collaborate with a senior engineering team to ship polished, production-ready features
  • Work autonomously in a fully remote, product-driven environment
Ideal Background
  • 7+ years of experience building production web applications
  • Strong full-stack experience with Rails and Hotwire
  • Comfortable owning projects end-to-end from architecture through UI implementation
  • Ability to bridge backend engineering, frontend development, and product design
  • Experience working in autonomous, senior engineering teama
