Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing user-facing features using React.js
Developing server-side logic using Node.js or Ruby on Rails
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Optimising applications for maximum speed and scalability
Mentoring and coaching junior team members to foster their professional growth
Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback
Troubleshooting and debugging issues to maintain application performance
Requirements:
- 9+ years of professional experience in frontend development
- Proficiency in React.js for building interactive user interfaces
- Solid understanding of Node.js or Ruby on Rails for backend development
- Experience with HTML and CSS for implementing responsive designs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
