Job Title: DevOps/Cloud Engineer

My client is looking for a talented DevOps/Cloud Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, along with proficiency in Kubernetes and Microservices architecture.

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as a cloud engineer/Devops
• Must be based in Portugal
• Experience with AWS or GCP
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and Microservices (Docker, Kubernetes) in a production environment
• Strong Linux OS-level and command-line/scripting knowledge
• Familiarity with configuration management principles
• Working knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, Postgres, DynamoDB

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP
• Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration
• Develop and deploy Microservices architecture using Docker containers
• Ensure high availability and scalability of systems
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and deployment processes
