As a Contractor Care Specialist here at Signify, my role is to ensure contractors feel fully supported throughout their journey with us. I act as a dedicated point of contact, providing ongoing guidance, reassurance, and practical support, whether that’s answering questions, addressing concerns, or simply checking in to make sure everything is going well. I’m always happy to arrange regular catch-ups.
I’ve worked in recruitment since 2020, with six years of experience across the full recruitment cycle. While my primary focus is supporting candidates and contractors, I’ve also been heavily involved in onboarding, contracts, and compliance. My background includes recruitment within the healthcare and life sciences sectors, including the pharmaceutical industry.
What I enjoy most about my role is building genuine relationships and helping people feel confident and supported. One of my proudest achievements has been training and mentoring new starters, helping them grow and succeed within the industry.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness, cooking and baking, and travelling as much as possible.
