I am the Lead Delivery Consultant at Signify Technology with over 10 years of experience spanning technology recruitment, talent acquisition, leadership, and business development. I specialise in connecting exceptional talent with innovative organisations across AI, Machine Learning, Data, Software Engineering, Cloud, and broader technology markets throughout the UK, Europe, US, and EMEA regions

 

At Signify Technology, I will lead consulting delivery initiatives, mentor junior consultants, and partner closely with clients and sales to build high-performing technology teams. Alongside leading delivery projects, I will also play an active role in coaching and training junior and new consultants, helping them develop the skills, confidence, and market knowledge needed to succeed.

 

I will continue to recruit across the technology landscape, supporting clients throughout the UK, Europe, and the US, with a focus on delivering exceptional talent solutions that create positive outcomes for both candidates and clients. Working closely with our outstanding delivery team, I am also passionate about building a world-class talent database to ensure the business has access to the very best technology professionals and hard-to-find "unicorn" candidates when opportunities arise.

 

Throughout my career, I have recruited across a diverse range of industries, including technology, financial services, banking, insurance, actuarial, consulting, defence, and high-growth startup environments. I have developed a reputation for successfully delivering on niche and hard-to-fill positions in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Data Science, Quantitative Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering. 

 

Prior to joining Signify Technology, I have held senior leadership positions with organisations including Matchtech, PeopleSolved, Network Recruitment, ICG Medical, and Kamro. My achievements include being recognised as a top-billing recruiter for two consecutive years while also serving as second-in-command for a delivery team, where I helped shape team culture, coaching programmes, and performance initiatives. 

 

My professional credentials include the RE5 Regulatory Examination and TEFL certification, complemented by ongoing development within recruitment, leadership, and talent advisory. 

 

Outside of work, I am passionate about continuous learning, building meaningful relationships, mentoring others, and staying at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI and technology landscape.
