With almost 13 years of experience, I’m excited to take on my role as Principal Consultant at Signify, where I’ll be supporting our partners in building high-performing technology teams, with a particular focus on the HealthTech and MedTech sectors across the US.
My background also includes building successful delivery teams within the Change & Transformation space in Insurance, and I’ll draw on that experience to support clients facing challenges in this area too.
I’m passionate about building long-term relationships and taking the time to understand my clients’ challenges, goals and motivations so I can provide genuine, lasting value. I also enjoy mentoring young adults, both personally and professionally, helping them recognise how their individual strengths and skills can shape their career choices.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, cooking, and following the mighty Arsenal.
