This Role:

We are looking for a high-performing consultant either perm or contract focussed to help meet client acquisition and revenue growth targets by delivering talent to new and existing clients.

You'd be joining a high-calibre team who make it their mission to be the best. Whether you're showcasing your expertise, demonstrating commercial savvy, or simply excelling as a recruiter, we want to work with you.



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, culture, and hiring requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, market intelligence, and recommendations on recruitment best practices.
  • Share industry knowledge, best practices, and recruitment techniques to enhance team performance.
  • Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies to optimise recruitment outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
  • Maintain a high level of individual work effort and billing.



  • Proven experience and solid track record as a senior-level recruitment consultant, preferably in a specialised industry or sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems CRM, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
