Signify Technology Group are recruiting for a Financial solutions company working with multiple organisations, Small Medium and Global. Development is continuous working with various customers allowing projects to change frequently between engineering teams.

 

The Role:

Signify Technology Group are seeking a Java/Scala Developer who has a strong Java background. An impressive environment with continuous delivery and TDD where code quality is essential to all design and development practices.

Essentially this role would suit an engineer with a Polyglot approach so being able to use various languages that best suit the project.

So, if you’re used to working in an Agile environment with a passion for high quality software engineering this is a perfect role for you.

 

The individual:

Key Skills

  • Strong experience coding Java (Scala experience is advantageous)            
  • Spring, Akka and Docker
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience with build, test and release processes.
  • RESTful Services

 

Desirable

  • Angular.JS and Cassandra
  • Commercial experience with one or more of the following – Scala, Ruby, Python or .Net
