Job title: Senior Software Engineer (AI)

Rate: €300 - 400 per day

The company: We are working with a European fintech company who are transforming the landscape of international payments for both e-commerce and retail businesses.

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs to support a cutting-edge AI-driven application.

• Integrate and optimise generative AI models, ensuring performance, reliability, and effective resource usage.

• Design and develop a modern, responsive frontend using Angular, delivering a seamless and engaging user experience.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering leadership to translate business needs into clear technical solutions.

• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle — from initial development through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.

Job Requirements:

• Brings over four years of experience in Python, with a strong focus on backend development and integration of AI/ML capabilities.

• Demonstrates deep knowledge of client-server architecture and expertise in building APIs using REST and GraphQL.

• Skilled in frontend development with Angular, with more than two years of experience creating responsive, user-centric interfaces.

• Possesses a solid understanding of data science principles and workflows.

• Proven track record in deploying and scaling AI-powered applications within production environments.

• Well-versed in cloud infrastructure (with a preference for AWS) and experienced in using containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
