Hiring: Senior Product Manager – AI Agents

San Fran, CA (in-office, 5 days)

$200–250K base + equity + full benefits

I’m recruiting on behalf of a mission-driven GenAI start-up valued at $1.5B, building intelligent agentic systems that are changing the population's lives.

The Role

You’ll play a pivotal role in defining and scaling AI agents built on cutting-edge language models.

• Prioritize and spec agentic workflows

• Collaborate with engineering on prompt engineering, tool usage, and real-time decisioning

• Define success metrics and evaluation strategies

• Monitor and improve deployed systems for safety, quality, and performance
   

What They’re Looking For

• 4+ years in Product Management, including 2+ in LLM or agentic AI applications

• Deep understanding of Gen AI deployment, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, and evaluation frameworks

• Strong execution track record in ambiguous environments

• Experience launching AI/ML-powered products in production
