As a SCM Data Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data pipelines and analytics solutions to optimize supply chain operations for their clients. Collaborating with cross-functional teams of data scientists, SCM consultants, and software engineers, you’ll leverage platforms like Snowflake to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. Your expertise will drive the integration of data workflows, ensuring seamless performance for clients in manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics. Key responsibilities include:
Designing and building robust ETL pipelines to process and transform large-scale supply chain data, utilizing Snowflake native apps for advanced analytics.
Developing and optimizing data workflows to support real-time supply chain insights, such as demand forecasting and inventory optimization, achieving 20%+ efficiency gains.
Collaborating with clients to identify data requirements, align solutions with business objectives, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and visualizations.
Integrating SCM platforms with cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake) to enhance data accessibility and scalability.
Troubleshooting and resolving data pipeline issues, ensuring data quality and reliability for high-throughput environments.

Job Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in data engineering or SCM software solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Proven expertise in designing and implementing ETL pipelines for supply chain or enterprise data, with at least 6 months of hands-on experience using Snowflake native apps.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (e.g., pandas, numpy), SQL, and scripting for data processing and automation.
Experience integrating SCM platforms with cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake) and building scalable data solutions.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create actionable dashboards for clients.
Strong problem-solving skills to address data quality issues and optimize pipeline performance in high-throughput environments.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, translating technical solutions into business value.
Preferred Qualifications:
