My client is a well-established, high-growth SaaS unicorn headquartered in the U.S., known for building industry-leading digital solutions that help organizations automate and scale their most critical business processes. Since launching over a decade ago, they’ve grown from a single product to a multi-platform ecosystem serving over 300 million users globally.

Role and responsibilities: 
This is a pivotal executive opportunity to own a high-performing SaaS business line that’s already proven strong product-market fit. As GM, you’ll be responsible for scaling a product that sits on the forefront of B2B innovation and is already trusted by hundreds of paying customers. The role reports directly to senior leadership and carries full P&L ownership.

You’ll lead a cross-functional team across Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support—setting the vision, driving strategic initiatives, and executing go-to-market efforts. If you’ve previously scaled an enterprise SaaS product from early traction to $10M+ ARR, this could be an ideal next step. Key responsibilities include:
  • Own and evolve the business strategy, translating product vision into execution plans that drive revenue and market share
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives across marketing, partnerships, and sales to capture demand and expand reach
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to shape roadmap decisions and deliver value to users at scale
  • Act as the external voice of the business—presenting to customers, partners, analysts, and investors
  • Drive operational excellence, profitability, and long-term success across the unit
Job requirements:
  • Executive-level experience scaling a B2B SaaS company, ideally from single-digit millions to $10M+ ARR
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy in a partner-driven or ecosystem-oriented model
  • Background in no-code automation is highly desirable
  • A compelling storyteller and evangelist—comfortable influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical decision-maker with a data-informed approach to product and business growth
  • Demonstrated leadership in high-growth, venture-backed environments
  • Experience working with global teams or customers is a plus
Nice to have:
  • Track record of launching successful self-serve solutions within partner marketplaces
