Role and Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a scalable technical roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Build and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team; foster a culture of ownership, quality, and collaboration.
- Design and evolve a modular, cloud-native architecture that integrates embedded systems, APIs, and data services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to turn product vision into reliable, maintainable software systems.
- Lead the development of pipelines, analytics, and intelligent features powered by real-time and historical usage data.
- Champion best practices across DevOps, security, testing, and delivery in a fast-moving environment.
- Translate technical decisions into clear narratives for internal teams, investors, and partners.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent senior tech leadership role.
- Expertise in modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), microservices, and distributed system design.
- Strong background in leading software teams and building scalable, production-grade systems.
- Familiarity with IoT systems, edge computing, or embedded integrations is a plus.
- Fluent in agile development methodologies, with a hands-on mindset and startup execution speed.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; fluent in English (German is a plus).
