We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Contractor Onboarding and Administration Specialist. This role will be responsible for efficiently onboarding new contractors, managing setups, serving as the primary point of contact for queries or concerns, conducting feedback check-ins, and potentially contributing to lead generation efforts. Additionally, the role will involve timesheet management, W2 administration, and extension administration.


Key Responsibilities:

·       Onboard new contractors, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies.

·       Handle matters related to contractor setups and provide timely resolution.

·       Act as the first point of contact for contractor inquiries, addressing concerns and providing assistance as needed.

·       Conduct regular feedback check-ins with contractors to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

·       Contribute to possible lead generation activities to support business growth.

·       Manage timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

·       Oversee W2 administration processes and extension administration for contractors.



·       Experience in agency recruitment Front or back office is ideal but not essential.

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·       Exceptional telephone manner and interpersonal skills.

·       Proactive problem solver with a helpful and engaging attitude.

·       Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

·       Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.

·       Previous experience in administration or customer service roles preferred but not required.

·       Interest in advancement opportunities in finance or operations is a plus.
