Job Title: Business Development Manager / Gaming
Salary: $100K–130K base + Commission + Equity
Location: Remote US

A well-funded startup in the AI and digital creation space is hiring a Business Development Manager to help drive sales and partnerships in a fast-moving and emerging category. The company offers a technically advanced SaaS platform that enables users when creating production-ready assets for digital entertainment. With steady month over month growth and strong product-market traction, they are scaling quickly across the gaming, animation, and content ecosystems.

In this role, you will own a quota-carrying book of business and be responsible for full-cycle sales, from responding to inbound leads and qualifying opportunities, to running demos and closing deals. You’ll also contribute to building early playbooks, engaging the indie and mid-market gaming developer community, and forging partnerships in an industry where use cases are still being defined. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and deeply familiar with how games and content are made, while excited to sell into an evolving space without a pre-written script.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales

  • Background in games, 3D, animation, or digital entertainment (e.g., Autodesk, Unity, Unreal)

  • Familiarity with how video games and digital assets are created, and how tooling fits into that workflow

  • Comfortable in fast-moving, startup environments without mature sales infrastructure

  • Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and closing deals

  • Capable of running product demos and speaking confidently in customer conversations

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
