Job Opportunity: UX Designer - Manchester City Centre

Location: Manchester City Centre (3 days on site, 2 days remote) Salary: Up to £45k + attractive benefits
Requirements:
- Understand web and mobile platforms, tailoring designs accordingly.
- Implement information architecture for seamless user interactions.
- Proficient in common design tools to bring ideas to life.
- Collaborate within an agile delivery team, working with research, development, and quality assurance.
- Negotiate and compromise on solutions while adhering to best practices and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with diverse roles in the business.
- Apply a solid design process consistently in your work.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret user insights and map user journeys.
- Identify user needs and pain points, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to success measures and outcomes.
- Assist in feature delivery from concept to launch.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the current product's user experience.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of user research and testing.
- Take responsibility for the entire design lifecycle, from analysis to UI delivery.
- Utilize and improve our design system.
