Job Description

Signify Technology is currently partnered with a global company leading the way in blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT) seeking a Software Support Engineer to join a highly talented team in supporting their clients and engineering team best practices (installations, deployment, configurations, etc) for their products. 

This person must have commercial app development experience and is content in a support role that does not entail developing new applications. 

As this is a support role, diverse experience with JavaScript (React), Java/Scala, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Databases (SQL, Oracle), and support tools (Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, etc) is required to perform effectively and provide a strong experience for clients. 

Other must haves:

  • 3-5 years of development experience (App Developer, Technical Support, DevOps, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortability with client service and providing solutions and resolution quickly 
  • Familiarity with "follow-the-sun" support model - this team is distributed globally
  • Ability to problem solve and work in a fast-paced environment
