Position: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Fully Remote in the UK
£80,000 + 15% Bonus

My client leads the shift towards home-based healthcare globally, partnering with major organizations in the US, UK, and beyond. They are a tech-driven company committed to predicting diseases, enabling early treatment, and improving patient experiences.

As an SRE, you'll play a hands-on role in building, maintaining, and scaling our internal and customer-facing services.

Key responsibilities include enhancing platform availability, performance, security, and scalability, utilizing Infrastructure as Code, Configuration as Code, CI/CD, and custom tooling. You'll collaborate with software engineering teams on system designs, provide support, documentation, and tooling for service ownership, and ensure 24/7 product support.

Requirements:

• Extensive commercial experience with AWS services, Linux, networking, infrastructure/configuration as code, and managing distributed systems.
• Development expertise in a modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go).
• Experience with service and micro-service based distributed architectures, secure infrastructure, and database optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to infrastructural and code-level details.
