Job Description

Our client, a San Francisco based FinTech and VC firm is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who is passionate about delivering software solutions that are not only scalable, secure, and easy to manage, but are also highly innovative. They are seeking passionate engineers who produce their best work in team settings and thrive off the energy and success surrounding them.


This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication skills, proven history of delivery, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Senior Engineers must be open to mentoring the development of a team of junior software engineers on internal/external frameworks, best practices in software development, and new technologies.


Job Highlights:

  • Design, implement, and maintain data-drive web apps

  • Design, build, and maintain automated unit and integration tests

  • 5+ years experience in software engineering

  • Experience developing multi-tier web apps

  • Ability to lead and manage a team of developers

  • Experience developing Scala and Typescript/JavaScript hugely preferred

  • Advanced knowledge of Functional Programming a plus

  • Working knowledge of the private market and financial regulators a plus

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
