Senior Scala Engineer - Scala / Play Framework / React / Node.JS
6 Month Contract
Signify Technology are working with a Global Community e-commerce company looking for Senior Software Engineer to join them on a long-term project at their offices in Amsterdam
You will be joining the Anti-Fraud team developing a new identification process for safe login.
You must be a passionate developer that thrives on co-operating with others but also have the ability to work independently. You will be joining a highly social and multi-cultural environment, working closely with like-minded and experienced Scala experts.
Key Skills
· - Expert experience in Scala development
· - Strong Java Background
· - Knowledge of Linux or Unix
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
- Test-Driven Development
- Understanding of algorithms and different design patterns
- Previous experience in React / Node.js
Nice to have
- Skilled in other OO languages and functional programming
- Knowledge of mobile application development
- Degree in Computer Science or similar
