Senior Scala Engineer
Scala/Akka/Docker/Kubernetes
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000
Location: London (hybrid/remote working)
Signify Technology are recruiting for a Senior Scala Engineer to work as part of a data streaming organisation in the London area. This company is looking for a senior team member on a permanent basis to manage projects and design applications based on stakeholder requirements. This is a flexible, hybrid working opportunity.
Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of Scala developers
- Manage and develop applications based on stakeholder specifications
- Work with internal and external partners to develop the product
- Help improve methodology and best practice
Requirements:
- Scala software development experience
- Experience using Lightbend tech
- Experience with AWS or related cloud services
- Solid knowledge of APIs and HTTP
