Job Description
Role: Senior Scala DeveloperLocation: Remote (Europe)
Salary: Up to €75,000 + benefits
Signify Technology are working with an exciting company in the iGaming space who are looking to expand on their already distributed engineering team to work alongside a team of talented developers using modern technologies.
About You:
- 4+ years of Scala development with a background in Java
- Solid exposure working with functional libraries (Cats, Cats Effect, FS2, Http4s...)
- Familiarity with Akka and it's ecosystem
- Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Based in Europe
Responsibilities:
- Creating software that is easy to maintain and can be reused efficiently.
- Incorporating automated testing and unit tests into the development process.
- Collaborating closely with both back-end and front-end engineers to create and maintain systems.
- Demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Engaging in code and design reviews to uphold their high development standards.
