Job Description
We are currently recruiting an open-source, decentralised, layer 1 blockchain start-up. They're looking for Rust developers who have prior experience managing people. You will be the Lead Blockchain engineer/Blockchain Manager. Still with hands-on responsibilities, you'd manage the team of blockchain developers.We're looking for candidates with:
- 2+ years Rust
- 2+ years Substrate
- Experience managing a team, or maybe you've managed just one junior developer with hopes to manage a team!
Bonus points for:
- Polkadot experience
- Previously worked for a startup
- Knowledge of the NFT space.
