Senior JavaScript Engineer / ReactJS / TypeScript / $200,000 / Hybrid

Job Description

Note: This is a hybrid remote opportunity (3 days per week). Hires will be based in the Connecticut or New York City area.

This FinTech company that manages assets in the billions, is looking to hire multiple Senior JavaScript Engineers. They are looking for highly technical individuals that have experience working on large-scale, financial systems. Someone who has worked with ReactJS and TypeScript on the frontend would do really well here. Currently they are in the process of transitioning the frontend of legacy products into a much more modern stack. Because this is an essential project for the company, engineers for this role must be have an excellent sense of solving difficult and complex problems!

Required Experience

• 6+ years of frontend focused software development
• At least 3 - 5 professional years of ReactJS / Redux experience
• Experience building out frontends using TypeScript
• Expert level HTML/CSS fundamentals
• Proven history working on complex, large-scale systems

• Knowledge of micro frontend oriented development
• Familiarity with AngularJS is a plus
• Any financial product experience is a plus
• Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science or similar
