Job Description
Signify recently partnered with an AI SaaS company as they are looking to add some additional Data/Software Engineering talent to their team. Their ideal candidate has a seasoned background in both data and software engineering types of roles, with extensive hands-on experience in both areas.Requirements:
- At least 8 years of professional engineering experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on data engineering experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience with Java & Spring Boot for new API developments
- Highly proficient in designing, building, deploying, etc. new data pipelines, databases, features and systems
- Expert level Spark knowledge and 4+ years' experience working with Scala for data engineering (Scala/Spark)
- Experience with Relational databases
- Cloud technology experience
- Have a background working in a product and/or software based environment
- Experience and/or exposure to the full software development life cycle (SDLC) of a product
