Junior - Senior Scala Developer | €50,000-€85,000 + incentives | Remote Germany | Permanent

What you’ll be doing:
Working within a team comprising of Software Engineers, Data Scientists and Solution Architects, you will be developing solutions to provide large transportation operators mobility insight whilst working with transport consultancies; being part of making millions of peoples lives easier in their everyday commute.
Working in developing using Scala/Spark pipelines with API's, you will get to work collaboratively alongside a multi-disciplinary team of SE's and Data Scientists.
Candidate profile:
- 2+ years' experience with Scala languages
- Experience with Big data technologies such as Apache Spark
- Proficient in working with distributed technologies and frameworks
- Confident in processing spatial and/or mobility data at scale
- Experience with Airflow in workflow management
The ideal candidate would be proactive, passionate about the industry and technologies involved and thrive whilst working under pressure. A driven mindset and someone who is keen to learn and adapt based on feedback.
