Job Description
Our client, a cybersecurity company backed by the top investment firms, is seeking talented Scala Engineers to join their Platform team in building a distributed, self-service data platform able to scale large data needs.
OPEN TO USA AND CANADIAN CITIZENS.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale the streaming data platform
- Design, develop, and improve user experience and tools
- Closely collaborate with multiple teams, product manager, and leaders
Requirements:
- 3 years experience designing, building, high-performance distributed systems and self-service platforms
- 5 years experience in Scala
- 3 years experience with tools such as Kafka, Akka, Spark
- Experience building web-based APIs
- BS in Computer Science or related field
