Senior Scala Developer – Remote/London - Outside IR35
We are delighted to be working with a long-standing client of ours, who are a leading fintech provider with an impressive portfolio of blue-chip clients.
Due to a spike in workload, my client is experiencing a need for a Senior Scala Developer to come onboard for 6 months (potential to extend), and to hit the ground running on a greenfield project.
The successful contractor must be immediately available and come equipped with the below technical knowledge/experience:
- 4+ year Scala experience. Fintech background would be highly advantageous.
- Scalaz & Cats, FS2, Guava, JUnit, Slick, Reactive streams, Mockito, ScalaTest library experience.
- Spring/Spring Boot/Micro-services architecture frameworks.
- Docker, Kubernetes, AWS cloud understanding.
- SQL & MS SQL Server, JDBC databases.
Onsite in London 3 Days a week
