Signify Technology has partnered with a leading media company at the forefront of digital innovation. They are dedicated to delivering high-quality content and cutting-edge solutions to our global audience. This client is seeking 2 talented Scala Developers to join their dynamic team.
Candidates must be based in Spain
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance software solutions using Scala.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to help drive innovation within the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience as a developer, with a strong focus on Scala development.
- Proficiency in functional programming concepts and Scala libraries.
- Experience with Akka, Play Framework, or other Scala-related frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
salary is between €55,000-€75,000 (No sponsorship support available)
