Job Description
Signify Technology are currently working with one of their many world-renowned clients currently searching for a Scala Developer. You will be based in Malmo, Sweden working a competitive hourly rate in a hybrid role.Signify Technology are looking for a Scala developer to build big data systems and pipelines. You will be developing algorithms to identify problems as well as improve efficiency on their systems to be able to handle more data.
Experience needed:
At least 4+ experience using Scala.
Extensive experience using Spark, Akka and Play.
Either a permanent resident in Malmo, Sweden or commitment to move to the located area.
Excellent problem solving skills and communication skills.
Bonus:
Event streaming knowledge using Kafka.
NoSQL database experience.
Big Data experience and data streaming.
