Job Description
Position: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Zug, Switzerland
Salary: 120,000 CHF depending on experience + Equity
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our renewable energy projects.
- Utilize your expertise in SaaS products, Python, and AWS services (ECS, SQS, RDS, Lambdas) to architect and implement robust and efficient systems.
- Contribute to the design and optimization of databases using PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and thoroughly tested codebases.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in developing and deploying SaaS products, utilizing Python, AWS services (ECS, SQS, RDS, Lambdas), Typescript, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Typescript for front-end development is a plus.
- Experience with renewable energy or related industries is a bonus, but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
