Job Title: Principal/Lead Rust Engineer
We are seeking a talented Principal/Lead Rust Engineer with at least 6 years of commercial experience in Rust development, a track record of mentoring junior engineers and optimizing systems to save the company money.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Rust developers in high-quality software development.
- Mentor and support junior engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Design efficient, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 6 years of commercial experience in Rust development.
- Proven success mentoring and supporting junior engineers and optimizing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of software engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Salary Range: €80,000 to €120,000 per year.
