Job Description
Are you looking for a Principal Data Engineer role?I am working with a global multi-mobility platform, offering a safe and efficient solution to private and business users across 8 countries and over 20 million users!
As a result of their growth they are looking for a highly skilled Principal Data Engineer to have a high focus on data architecture and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain their Machine Learning platform developed along with the Data Service team - overseeing the whole lifecycle of models' and features.
• Manage and evolve their infrastructure - identifying, evaluating and implementing new tools to maximize development speed and cost efficiency.
• Maintain and evolve their data warehouse, ensuring data is accessible, reliable and accurate.
• Coordinate with data stakeholders ensuring overall performance of the data warehouse environment is met from requirements.
Key Requirements:
• Extensive experience using Scala, Python or Java
• Experience of designing and developing API's
• Knowledge and understanding of enhancing data infrastructure
• Driven leader/mentor for support and the technical aspects
