Job Title: Principal Software Engineer
Location: EU Remote

They are seeking a passionate and experienced Principal oftware Engineer to join their dynamic team. If you have a strong background in Scala, Python, Go, or Ruby, and thrive in building highly distributed systems and real-time processing solutions this opportunity would be an interesting one.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain highly distributed systems and real-time processing solutions using Scala, Python, Go, or Ruby. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and build microservices that scale and perform efficiently. Act as a key focal point within the team, providing technical leadership and guidance. Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their professional growth. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the overall system design. Continuously evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies to enhance our software products.

Qualifications:
-7-8 years of professional software development experience. -Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Scala, Python, Go, or Ruby. -Strong experience in developing and maintaining highly distributed systems and real-time processing applications. -Proven track record in designing and building microservices architectures. -Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges. -Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. -Coaching and mentoring experience is a plus.
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred).
