Job Description
One of our biggest FinTech clients has an established hiring plan to add several NEW Engineers to their Platform Team in their fast-growing tech org. They are seeking Mid-Senior level Engineers for Full Stack roles.You will develop features, improvements, and maintain their investment platform that is used to manage over $100BN in assets. You'll collaborate and work closely with engineers & product managers, as well as, have the chance to mentor and guide junior developers.
The ideal Full Stack Engineer comes with experience in:
-Ruby on Rails (Scala or Python okay too but must learn Ruby)
-AWS
-React or JS frameworks
-Kubernetes
-Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
This hire would need to commutable 3x a week to Greenwich, CT later this year and is open to sponsoring visa applicants.
The salary range for these roles are between $120-200K (depending on level/experience), plus generous bonus and equity. You will also receive unlimited PTO, 401K w/ match, health/dental/vision, parental leave, etc.
