The Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our CLM platform. You will primarily focus on the frontend using Typescript and React, and also collaborate with our backend Scala team based in London. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, where your ideas and expertise will directly impact the evolution of our product.

The Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using Typescript and React on the frontend.
• Collaborate closely with the backend Scala team to integrate frontend components with the Scala JVM-based backend.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
• Stay up to date with the latest frontend and backend technologies and share knowledge with the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring timely resolution and a seamless user experience.

The Requirements:

• Solid experience in frontend development using Typescript and React.
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience with backend development using Scala JVM is essential.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architecture.
• Knowledge of functional programming concepts and libraries in Scala.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, ScalaTest) and test-driven development.
• Previous experience in the legal or CLM domain.
