Frontend SRE (JavaScript/React)




Looking to join Europe’s leading entertainment brand, within an innovative and forward thinking team as their frontend SRE?

About you:

- 2 years’ experience within a commercial capacity, or ability do demonstrate within side projects or open-source contributions

- Passionate and excited for working with cutting edge technologies with a collaborative team

- Experience with JavaScript, React and/or React Native

- Experience in HTML & CSS

- Confident in working with APIs including REST & GraphQL as well as tools such as Redux

- Photoshop, Sketch, XD and an eye for clean & simple UI/UX design

- Passion for learning and personal development


About the Role:

Working with a range of stakeholders, you will provide solutions from concept to production, driving and creating new functionality on the platform to provide real-time date, automation and observability to the dev teams.

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software
  • Utilising creativity to engage ways to present and interact with the vast amounts of data being held, using modern web and/or app technologies
  • Provide creative solutions for tricky technical challenges
  • Research and developing new tools, technologies and approaches to working and communicating this with the team in regular showcases
  • Communicate complex information in a simple way
  • Initiative is imperative, working closely with team members in regular collaboration

Bonus experience:

Node, Cloud (AWS and GCP), modern web dev workflows such as Babel, Webpack, NPM) and CI with Git/Jenkins and Kubernetes
