**Job Title:** Front End Engineer**Company Overview:**

**Role Overview:**
Join our team as a Front End Engineer, where you'll contribute to developing new features, enhancements, and resolving defects on our software platforms. Collaborate closely with the Product Management team, play a crucial role in detailing requirements, and actively participate in the software development process.
**Responsibilities:**
- Build reusable components with developer-friendly APIs using React 16.9+.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and resolve defects.
- Showcase UI components for other teams using Storybook.
- Automate testing using Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, and Cucumber.
- Participate in Peer Code Reviews as part of our standard SDLC and Change Management Process.
- Contribute to internal standards for front end code style and code quality.
- Optimize build times and web performance using Webpack.
- Upgrade dependencies to keep our tech stack current.
- Educate team members on front end patterns and tools through presentations or other means.
**Qualifications:**
- Degree in Software Engineering.
- 10+ years of Front End, web-based application development experience.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS development.
- Understanding of relational database concepts and modeling practices.
- Passion for actively learning new technologies.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative group effort.
- Solid problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required—written and verbal.
