Role: Delivery Manager

Location: Putney (hybrid 3 days per week)

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + 10% bonus

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize tooling and processes, maximizing throughput and quality.
• Coordinate dependencies and provide progress/status updates when multiple teams collaborate on product roadmaps.
• Drive cultural change by championing a lean mindset and implementing industry best practices.
• Utilize lean methodologies to ensure teams stay on track, eliminate waste, and deliver successful outcomes.
• Coach team members and stakeholders in adopting lean practices and continuous improvement.
• Enable teams to establish a predictable rhythm and cadence.
• Define and monitor delivery metrics, both within and outside the team.
• Foster a strong team culture and create an open, collaborative working environment.
• Resolve conflicts and contribute to building a community of delivery leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience delivering digital products in an agile environment.
• Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, or Lean techniques.
• Experience implementing agile methodologies in various organizational environments.
• Flexible approach to tailoring delivery frameworks to team needs.
• Strong leadership skills in supporting cross-disciplinary teams.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective facilitation, diplomacy, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, adapting messages to suit different audiences.

Advantageous Skills & Experience:

• ScrumMaster or equivalent certification.
• Active participation in the agile/lean community and up-to-date with industry thought leadership.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MIRO, or similar workflow management tools.
• Experience managing multiple third-party vendors.
