Data Engineer - Market Interface
12-month Freelance Contract - Remote Italy - June Start
Signify Tech are partnered with one of Europe's biggest names in the classifieds ads space that is currently expanding their Data Domain with a distributed team across Central Europe. For this particular role, they are looking for a Senior Data Engineer based in Italy to join the Market Interface project.
The Role
- Develop & maintain pipelines for requested data
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members including Data Analysts and Scientists
- Responsible for keeping quality and governance standards met
- Share knowledge and mentor peers in the best practice with data tools
Your Experience
- Computer Science Degree or equivalent
- Strong software development experience with Scala or Python
- Data Processing steaming tools - Spark, Kafka, Kafka Streams
- AWS
- NoSQL
- S3, Hive, Redshift
